Review : Great toy. A little noisy!
I just got this for my son for his 5th birthday. He's been asking for it for months. It's hard to find in the stores but $30.00 is a lot for it. Shop around and you can find it a little cheaper.
My son LOVES his Lightning Storm Mcqueen. He got a lot of CARS stuff for his birthday and this, he says, is his very favorite.
When you press the button on the top or make him move, he makes sounds. It is really loud but I'm finding that is the case with more toys nowadays. No volume button but there is an off/on switch. My son mostly plays with the sound off.
He loves to pop the wings out and shoot the missiles and bombs. The missiles shoot out about 5 feet or so. It took us a little while to figure out how to get the wings out and for him to actually be able to do it. Once-in-a-while they stick and don't come completely out.
I recommend this toy. I'm even getting one for my nephew. Even with a few minor issues, my son still loves this...
